Adobe Wallaby to HTML5 Animations
Adobe Wallaby Technology Preview is Adobe’s first attempt at allowing Flash developers and designers to create HTML5 and CSS3 based motion graphic animated projects for the iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch. Until Adobe Edge gets introduced at Adobe Labs later in 2011, this is currently the only way to convert Flash .fla files to HTML5 animations. In this tutorial, Adam Bell of dataTV will show you an example of how to properly set up your .fla file, convert it using Wallaby and the pitfalls you need to be aware of in your final piece regarding audio, video and various CSS surprises that occur during the conversion.
